Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fifty50 purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- In its original packaging where possible
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at james.hellier@bigpond.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us — return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 additional business days to appear in your account.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund immediately. Just email us with a photo of the issue.
